Spa Policy

ETIQUETTE: 
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the clinic. You may inform your therapist if you need to make any call. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa service.

THE DIFFERENCE:
In keeping with our commitment to our clients’ health, safety and hygiene, all of our equipment is sterilized and sanitized between clients and disposable items are used where possible. Regardless of being a non-medical practice, DermaMiracle Aesthetics always complies with HIPPA law, maintaining all client’s information strictly confidential.

HEALTH CONDITIONS:
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your service when booking your appointment. All guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire designed with your well-being in mind. Please keep us updated on your health information as anything may change after your last visit. We want to provide you with the most adequate treatment each time, to efficiently achieve results.

PAYMENT AND PRICES:
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover as payment. Although we make every effort to keep our website and menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time as we are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest.

ADVANCED BOOKINGS:
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. Valid credit card information is required for ALL reservations.

ARRIVAL TIME:
We suggest you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to check in, review your schedule and fill out any necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require a 24-hour advance notice in order to cancel any service free of charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after 24-hour widow will be charged 40% of the cost of treatment. Due to this policy, valid credit card information is required at the time of booking. 

TAXES AND GRATUITY:
Prices do not include gratuity. In appreciation of your DermaMiracle Aesthetics Therapist for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion (accepted in cash only). Please be advised that a 4.5% tax fee will be added to your final bill for each service.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. DermaMiracle Aesthetics center is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robes provided for your convenience. 

AGE REQUIREMENT:
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without approval or accompaniment of an authorized adult. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 18 may accompany you while you are having a service. We love children and we hope you understand; we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. Kindly make childcare arrangement prior to visiting our facilities.

REFUND POLICY:
All service sales are final. Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in store credit only. Same client who initially purchased must use store credit the same day as return. All returns are subject to system verification. 

 

SERVICE:
DermaMiracle Aesthetics Center reserves the right to deny services or stop services during treatment at the discretion of management.
