We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in, review your schedule, and fill out any necessary paperwork. However, please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we are not allowing accompanying guests at the moment. Should you arrive late, this time will be deducted from your treatment to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client. If your time of arrival is past 10 minutes late, your appointment is considered a "no show" and will be rescheduled. 

We require a 24-hour advance notice in order to cancel or reschedule any service free of charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after 24-hour window will be charged 40% of the cost of treatment. If you have a package, one session will be deducted.
