To avoid fees, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a charge of 40% of the treatment cost, or one session will be deducted from service packages. Your cooperation with this policy is appreciated.

Should you arrive late, this time will be deducted from your treatment to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client. If your time of arrival is past 10 minutes late, your appointment is considered a "no show" and will be rescheduled.
